The Alisei Q.S. is an advanced microtiter plate ELISA Analyzer developed by the Italian company, Radim SpA. It is a fully automated system designed for various ELISA applications in laboratory diagnostics such as the determination of hormones, tumor markers, and infectious diseases. With its capacity of 6 microtiter plates (ELISA), it can process up to 12 different assays at the same time.

Advanced Technology Used in the ELISA Analyzer

The Alisei Q.S. uses some of the most advanced technology available today. It has a removable rotating rack for reagents and sample tubes with a maximum capacity of 240 sample tubes. It also has a double pipetting system with two independent needles, a barcode reader for reliable sample identification, and a high-precision robotic arm powered by stepper motors and controlled by optical and mechanical sensors. The microtiter plate carousel can process 6 microtiter plates at the same time and has a linear shaking feature with a programmable intensity and period for each plate. It also has an 8-channel washing station with a washing volume of 100 to 350 µl, number of cycles of 1 to 9, and impact time of 1 second to 3 minutes. The reading station has an 8-channel photometer with filters of 405, 450, 492, 550 and 620 nm, and a reader range of 0-3 OD in Bichromatism and 0-9 OD in polychromatism.

Software Control and Results Manager

The Alisei Q.S. also has a self-diagnostic and alarm procedure, and a smart software control that allows for customization, monitoring, and management of all settings and data, as well as processing and delivering results to the lab information system. It also has an ELISA Results Manager software that supports the processing of raw data from ELISA tests and their accurate conversion to the final concentration units.
